Article 1

Determine that the temporary disability benefits paid to insured persons for the disability periods falling on the period from April 1 to December 31, 2020 inclusive are estimated taking into account the following features:

1) if the temporary disability benefit estimated according to provisions of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" in calculation for complete calendar month is lower than a minimum wage, established by the Federal Law, temporary disability benefit is paid to insured person in the amount of, estimated proceeding from the minimum wage, in calculation for complete calendar month;

2) in the case specified in Item 1 of this Article, the size of day temporary disability benefit is determined by division of the minimum wage established by the Federal Law on number of calendar days in calendar month on which the period of temporary disability falls, and the size of the temporary disability benefit which is subject to payment is estimated by multiplication of the specified size of day temporary disability benefit on number of the calendar days falling on the period of temporary disability in each calendar month;

3) in areas and areas in which district coefficients are in accordance with the established procedure applied to the salary the minimum wage for calculation of temporary disability benefit is determined taking into account these coefficients;
