The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reset of the power" (2019, 43, the Art. 250) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"3. Determine that since January 1, 2020 regulations and provisions of the laws of Ukraine which determine the sizes of official pay rates and other components of compensation, cash cover of employees of state bodies except the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the State bureau of investigations, National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, the Supreme anti-corruption court, Specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office, the National agency concerning prevention of corruption, Audit Chamber and members of Central Election Commission, are applied according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Before reduction of legal acts in compliance with this Law they are applied in the part which is not contradicting this Law".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
