1. Establish from April 1 to June 30, 2020 (inclusive) quantitative restriction (quota) for export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, wheat and meslin (code of 1001 CN FEA EEU), rye (code of 1002 CN FEA EEU), barley (code of 10003 CN FEA EEU) and corn (code of 1005 CN FEA EEU) who are significantly important for the domestic market of the Russian Federation according to customs procedure of export in total amount of 7 million tons, except for seeds of grain crops (codes 1001 11 000 0, 1001 91 100 0, 1001 91 200 0, 1001 91 900 0, 1002 10 000 0, 1003 10 000 0, 1005 10 130 0, 1005 10 150 0, 1005 10 180 1, 1005 10 180 9, of 1005 10 900 0 CN FEA EEU) (further respectively - non-tariff quota, grain crops).

2. Determine that:

distribution of non-tariff quota concerning grain crops is performed based on giving by participants of foreign trade activity in accordance with the established procedure in customs authorities of the declaration on goods when exporting from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of grain crops to which the non-tariff quota, in the amount which is not exceeding amount of non-tariff quota is applied;
