About modification of the Regulations on procedure for submission by subsoil users of the reporting on movement of inventories of minerals approved by the Order of the Government No. 1131/2016
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Regulations on procedure for submission by subsoil users of the reporting on movement of inventories of minerals approved by the Order of the Government No. 1131/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 360, of the Art. 1233), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
The subitem 4) to declare 1) in Item 5 invalid;
The subitem 4) to declare 2) in Item 7 invalid;
3) in appendices No. 1, 2 and 3 words "Management of Geological Control and Mountain Supervision" shall be replaced with words "Management of geological control and land resources of Inspectorate for environmental protection".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
