About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning introduction of deputy requests

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133; 2011, No. 10, Art. 64; 2018, No. 44, Art. 356):

a) in Article 139:

state part one in the following edition:

"1. The laws signed by the President of Ukraine are published in the Golos Ukrainy newspaper and in Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and also will be promulgated on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada. The publication of the laws and other acts of the Verkhovna Rada in these printing mass media and promulgation on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada is respectively official publication and official promulgation";

b) state Article 224 in the following edition:

"Article 224. Introduction of deputy request

1. People's Deputies, committees prepare and make deputy inquiries according to the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine", "About committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" and to these Regulations.

2. On one plenary week no more than ten deputy inquiries of one People's Deputy can be made.

Presiding over plenary meeting on Friday, after day of introduction of deputy request, announces total quantity and the summary of the deputy inquiries made within plenary week and informs the Verkhovna Rada on amount of the deputy inquiries made respectively in bodies of the Verkhovna Rada, to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, heads of other public authorities and local government bodies, and also heads of the companies, organizations and organizations located in the territory of Ukraine irrespective of their subordination and patterns of ownership.
