Article 1

1) in Article 60.1:

a) add part one with the offer of the following content: "In the cases specified in part vtoroy.1 this Article, the convict serves sentence in the correction center located in the territory of subject of the Russian Federation in which one of his close relatives, or in the territory of other subject of the Russian Federation which is most close located to the residence of this close relative lives.";

b) the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. In case of absence in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation at the place of residence of the convict to forced labor or in the place of his condemnation of correction center or impossibility of placement (labor involvement) of the convict in the available correction centers according to the decision of federal body of criminal executive system the convict goes to the correction center located in the territory of another, most close located subject of the Russian Federation in which there are conditions for its placement (labor involvement).";
