This Procedure is developed according to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About transport safety", and determines bases of forming and maintaining the automated centralized bases of personal data about passengers and carriers (further - ATsBPDP), and also provisions of the data containing in them.
2. ATsBPDP is part of single state information system of ensuring the transport safety (further - EGIS OTB) created in pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About transport safety".
