1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2019 No. 142 "About some questions of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of digital development, the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2019, Art. No. 5-6 64) the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

the fifty first to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"approval of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services in the sphere regulated by the Ministry;";
in the subitem 2):
to state the paragraph of the fifty second in the following edition:
"development of the subordinate regulatory legal acts determining procedure for rendering the state services in the sphere regulated by the Ministry;";
add with the paragraph fifty third the following content:
"after entering into the register of the state services of new state service taking measures to transfer of its rendering in electronic format according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with authorized body in the field of informatization;".
