Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 23, 2003 No. 177-FZ "About deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 52, Art. 5029; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6225; 2011, No. 1, Art. 49; 2013, No. 49, Art. 6336; No. 52, Art. 6975; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1533; No. 52, Art. 7543; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3958; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5115) following changes:

Article 19 to add 1) with Items 7.1 and 7.2 of the following content:

"7. 1) approves the development strategy of the Agency containing including data on actions for which implementation subsidies from the federal budget, with indication of sources, amount, structure of financing are provided to the Agency;

7. 2) approves bases of the wages system of employees of the Agency providing dependence of payment of their work on achievement of key performance indicators of activities of the Agency, approves the key performance indicators of activities of the Agency used for the purposes of awarding of employees of the Agency and technique (procedure) of their calculation;";

Part 5 of Article 24 to add 2) with Items 1.1 - 1.5 following of content:

"1. 1) the report on accomplishment of the development strategy of the Agency, requirements to which form and content affirm the Government of the Russian Federation;

1. 2) the report on achievement of key performance indicators of activities of the Agency, requirements to which form and content affirm the Government of the Russian Federation;

1. 3) information on realization of personnel policy of the Agency;
