ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning compensation for expenses on acquisition of electrical energy (capacity) for the purpose of compensation of losses of electrical energy to owners or other legal owners of the objects of electric grid economy suffered by them in connection with providing overflow of electrical energy in power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning compensation for expenses on acquisition of electrical energy (capacity) for the purpose of compensation of losses of electrical energy to owners or other legal owners of the objects of electric grid economy suffered by them in connection with providing overflow of electrical energy in power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
