Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About youth right guarantees for work", adopted on February 1, 2005 (2005, No. 1, Art. 5) of change and to state to the sheet of Majlis of Turkmenistan it in the following edition:

"About the state guarantees of the right of youth for work

This Law is aimed at providing strict and exact execution of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the laws of Turkmenistan "About the state guarantees of the rights of the child", "About the state youth policy", the Labor code of Turkmenistan, other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan regulating the youth right to work, the Conventions on the Rights of the Child, International Labor Organization Conventions about abolition of forced labor, about prohibition and immediate measures for eradication of the worst forms of child labor, and also regulations of the conventions of the United Nations regulating protection of the child against economic exploitation by use of violence and also non-admission of situations which can constitute danger to his health or to serve as obstacle for receipt of education by it, or to cause damage to state of his health, physical, intellectual and spiritual development, to interfere with implementation of liberty principle of conscience.

Article 1.

The conclusion of employment contracts with persons which did not reach eighteen-year age is not allowed (except exceptional cases when execution of an employment agreement with them according to the Labor code of Turkmenistan is allowed).

Article 2.

- to legal entities irrespective of their form of business and pattern of ownership and to physical persons use of work of the workers who did not reach age of eighteen years at works with harmful and (or) dangerous (especially harmful and (or) especially dangerous) working conditions is forbidden to employers.
