About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the companies"

No. 2-3, 35), following changes and amendment:

1) in paragraph four of part two of Article 13 to exclude the words "and types";

2) in paragraph one of part two of Article 21 to exclude words "type (types) of activities of the company,";

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
