1) in Article 15.25:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 4 of the word "attracts imposing of administrative penalty" "attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty";

The actions (failure to act) provided by parts 4, 4.1 and 5 these Articles if the amount enlisted into accounts in authorized banks and (or) into the accounts opened in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation, with violation of fixed term or not enlisted into accounts in authorized banks and (or) into the accounts opened in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation, foreign currency cash or currency of the Russian Federation which are due in accordance with the terms of the agreement in foreign trade (contract), the loan agreement with the nonresident on once or repeatedly within one year to the performed currency transactions exceeds hundred million rubles and if these actions (failure to act) do not contain penal act, -

attract imposing of administrative penalty on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity and legal entities in the amount of one stopyatidesyaty key interest rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation from cash amount enlisted into accounts in authorized banks and (or) into the accounts opened in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation with violation of fixed term for each day of delay of transfer of such money and (or) in the amount of three fourth to one size of cash amount which is not enlisted into accounts in authorized banks and (or) into the accounts opened in banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation; on officials - from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months up to three years.";
