1. Local executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas in local level can create trust funds of drinking water supply and water disposal.
2. Creation of fund by these bodies is voluntary.
3. The fund has the account in national and foreign currency in banks of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Profit earning is not the purpose of fund.
5. The fund is legal entity and is effective according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and the fund charter.
