About change of decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2014 No. 5 "About strengthening of requirements to the managerial personnel and employees of the organizations":

to exclude subitem 3.2 of Item 3;

add Item 8 with parts of the following content:

"The Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, district executive committees, the Gorispolkoms (the cities of regional subordination), local administrations of areas in the cities perform monitoring of employment of the persons dismissed on the discrediting circumstances, included in the personnel registers specified in part one of this Item within five years after such dismissal.

The state bodies specified in part two of this Item having the right to request from state bodies, other organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership of the data, employments of persons, necessary for implementation of monitoring, dismissed on the discrediting circumstances which are represented on a grant basis within three working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding request.";
