About implementation of transactions by the National Bank of Ukraine on reinforcement of cash desks of banks cash foreign currency

According to Articles 6, 7, 15, 42, 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of maintenance of financial system of Ukraine, for prevention and minimization of potential negative impact of the actions entered in connection with origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (CODIV-19), Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The National Bank of Ukraine (further - National Bank) enters, since March 19, 2020, carrying out transactions on reinforcement of cash desks of banks cash foreign currency (US dollar, euro) for non-cash foreign currency (US dollar, euro) (further - transaction on reinforcement).

2. The bank determined by National Bank as systemically important at the time of carrying out transaction by reinforcement can become the participant of transactions on reinforcement.

3. The National Bank establishes the size of commission fee (payment for transaction implementation) which is paid by banks to National Bank at the 0,15 level of % of the amount of foreign currency which payment is performed by results of carrying out transaction on reinforcement, in hryvnias on official hryvnia exchange rate to foreign currencies, established by National Bank for transaction date.

4. The National Bank performs transactions on reinforcement in such procedure:
