Article 1. In article 39 of the Law of December 26, 2002 ZR-516-N "About funds":
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "since March 25" "since July 1";
Item 3 of part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3) the financial reporting prepared according to the legislation regulating financial accounting, and the conclusion of person performing financial records audit (auditor) if as of the end of accounting year book value of archives of fund exceeds 10 million dram of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
