About holding actions for prevention of infection of COVID-19
Now in the world deterioration in epidemiological situation on COVID-19 infection (koronavirusny infection) is noted.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of risk minimization of origin and spread of infection of COVID-19 in collectives recommends to heads of the companies, organizations, organizations accomplishment of the following events:
1. To perform the admission to work of persons which arrived from foreign countries after the termination of term of self-isolation.
In the territory of the Republic of Belarus all persons which arrived from foreign countries are subject to self-isolation within 14 days from the moment of arrival.
2. In the presence of opportunity to organize the remote mode of work, without visit of organization.
It will allow to reduce risk of infection with respiratory viruses, for example, when using of public transport on the way and will reduce risk of spread of respiratory viruses from the person if he is infected by work and is in the public place.
3. It is not necessary to allow to work of persons with signs of respiratory infection (cold, sneezing, cough, the increased body temperature, etc.).
In the presence of symptoms of respiratory infection of people shall stay at home, call the doctor on the house, reduce contacts with people around, follow recommendations of the doctor.
4. Organize distance (distance) in 1-1,5 meters between workplaces of employees, also to recommend to visitors to hold distance at least 1-1,5 meters from each other.
5. Postpone holding the actions assuming mass participation of citizens (exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc.) until stabilization of epidemiological situation in the world.
6. Organize holding meetings and planning meetings with video conference use; in case of impossibility of use of video conference to provide distance between employees at least 1-1,5 meters.
