Article 1.

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, Art. No. 6/2, 605) the following changes:

regarding the 4th Article 21-1:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"4. The candidate list offered by Council for selection of judges to the President for representation or appointment is created in decreasing order according to the got points when passing competitive selection, but not below the threshold point established by Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The candidates who underwent competitive selection and overcame threshold point, but are not provided to the President remain in the candidate list. The candidates who did not gain threshold point and also candidates whose materials are returned in Council for selection of judges by the motivated decision of the President have the right to participate in other competitive selections for vacancies of judges not earlier than in one year.".

Article 2.

This constitutional Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
