About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations)

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 2 (2), the Art. 79) the following changes:

1) in Article 243 of the word "II categories" shall be replaced with words "III categories";

Article 280 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 280. Violation of sanitary and epidemiologic rules

1. The intentional or careless violation of sanitary and epidemiologic rules which entailed mass disease, poisoning of people or other severe harm on imprudence

it is punished by penalty of the VI category or imprisonment of the II category with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to two years.

2. The intentional violation of sanitary and epidemiologic rules integrated to creation of threat of mass disease and poisoning of people, made during introduction of emergency mode, emergency or warlike situation

3) appendix 1 to add with Item 32 following of content:

"32. Public disaster - the situation which developed in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic or its separate parts as a result of the dangerous natural or technogenic phenomenon, accident, catastrophic crash, spontaneous, biological (epidemic, epizooty, epiphytoty) or other disaster, impact of modern weapons of destruction which can entail or the human victims, damage to health of people or the environment entailed, considerable material losses and violation of conditions of life activity of people.".
