About modification of the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Of May 25, 2016 of ZR-54-N "The electoral code of the Republic of Armenia" to exclude the following offer from part 1 of article 40 of the Constitutional law: "For implementation of the programs directed to increase in the selective administration and technical retrofitting of the electoral commissions, the Central Election Commission can have the off-budget account also.".

Article 2. The extrabudgetary funds which are available at the time of entry into force of this Law on the off-budget account of Central Election Commission are enlisted in the government budget as free remaining balance.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019. At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
