"Implementation of activities for the organization of trade or to rendering service by means of Item of mobile trade in the administrative territory of community Yerevan without permission or with violation of the requirements or conditions established by permission:
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Implementation of sale of any goods or rendering service in the administrative territory of community Yerevan from the any kind of the vehicle and (or) their trail cars except for provided by the law of cases:
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by this part within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
