According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904 (taking into account prolongation of action of the specified measure based on the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 20, 2015 No. 3), the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Extend till February 28, 2022 inclusive action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904 (taking into account prolongation of action of the specified measure based on the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 20, 2015 No. 3), concerning the steel shod rolls imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the metal-rolling camps coming from Ukraine.

2. To department of anti-monopoly regulation of the Eurasian economic commission to perform monitoring of the prices of the goods specified in Item 1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 to No. 904, in the market of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of non-admission of unreasonable price increase by producers of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the conditions of application of the anti-dumping measure extended by this Decision.

3. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs:
