About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. In Item 48 parts of 1 Article 3, parts 3 and 7 of article 9 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 of the word government office in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "the office of the Prime Minister".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
