Article 1

"13) when carrying out offsetting of demands in reconvention according to the obligations following from prisoners between residents and nonresidents of agreements in foreign trade (contracts) which conditions provide rendering to nonresidents the services which are not specified in this part and included in the list of services approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
