About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, No. 5, the Art. 287) the following changes:

Article 2 to add 1) with Item of 31 following contents:

"31) special preventive and liquidating events - the organization and holding the warning actions, liquidation of possible emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, rapid response and carrying out emergency and recovery and other urgent works in zones of emergency situations.";

Article 7 to add 2) with Item 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1) determines procedure for holding special preventive and liquidating events;";

Item 11 of part 4 of Article 8 to state 3) in the following edition:

"11) holds special preventive and liquidating events, emergency recovery operations and other actions for protection of the population and the territories;".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
