About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning terephthalic acid and its salts

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the terephthalic acid and its salts classified by code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line item with code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "1s)" to replace with the reference "67s)";
