Some questions of application of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions directed to prevention of spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", to Articles 29 - 32 Laws of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) healthcare institutions have the right to perform:

obligatory physical examination of persons which had contact with patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-Cov-2 caused by coronavirus (further - COVID-19), or having COVID-19, symptoms if such persons refuse physical examination in voluntary procedure;

obligatory hospitalization to appoint quarantine (self-isolation) by sick COVID-19 or that who has COVID-19, symptoms if such persons refuse hospitalization or quarantine (self-isolation) in voluntary procedure;

obligatory hospitalization of the children of persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure incapacitated, living together with legal representatives whom were hospitalized in connection with COVID-19, disease in case of impossibility of their temporary device in families of relatives, acquaintances;

2) the direction of persons specified in the subitem of 1 this Item on obligatory physical examination and/or hospitalization, and also quarantine (self-isolation) is performed by healthcare institutions and physical persons - entrepreneurs who provide rendering primary medical care in accordance with the established procedure;

3) face which appoints quarantine (self-isolation) shall implement recommendations of doctors strictly;

4) the National police according to the written petition of healthcare institutions performs escort of vehicles in the cases provided by the law and also maintenance of rescue and other special equipment in delivery time of persons specified in the subitem of 1 this Item for obligatory inspection and hospitalization;
