About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The Section VIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (2006, No. 17, the Art. 146) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Determine that during the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), the organization of work of committees is performed on the basis of provisions of this Law with such features:

1) work plans, schedules of meetings and the agenda of committee meetings are told to People's Deputies of Ukraine - members of the relevant committees by the secretariats of committees through the single automated system of work with documents in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (further - the single automated system);

2) committees carry out the work in the form of meetings which can be held in the video conference mode with possible simultaneous broadcasting on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in prior consent of the majority from the quantitative structure of committee approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to the directed chairman of such committee with use of the single automated system and imposing of the qualified digital signature. Consent to holding committee meeting in the mode of video conference is provided by each People's Deputy of Ukraine separately by sending the personal letter to the chairman of committee;

3) the agenda of committee meeting which is held in the video conference mode and the drafts of acts planned for consideration at the next meeting go to members of the relevant committee the secretariat of such committee instantly, but not later than twenty four hours prior to the meeting, with use of the single automated system;
