About expense recovery for electric utility service of the operated housing stock

For the purpose of use stimulation by the population of electrical energy for needs of heating, hot water supply and food preparation:

1. Determine that:

the part of expenses on performance of works on electric utility service of the operated housing stock for needs of heating, hot water supply and food preparation is refunded to citizens of the Republic of Belarus (further – citizens) (further – compensation of part of expenses);

compensation of part of expenses is performed to citizens who on the property right possess the operated housing stock and who are included by district, city executive committees, local administrations of areas in Minsk in lists on compensation of part of expenses;

the amount of compensation of part of expenses constitutes:

for the citizens belonging to needy and other socially vulnerable categories – 40 percent from the cost of the performed works on electric utility service of the operated housing stock, but no more than 80 basic sizes established for decision date about compensation of part of expenses;

for other citizens – 20 percent from the cost of the performed works on electric utility service of the operated housing stock, but no more than 40 basic sizes established for decision date about compensation of part of expenses.

Procedure for compensation of part of expenses in the part which is not settled by this Decree, criterion of reference of citizens to needy and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens are determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Compensation of part of expenses is made once on performance of works on electric utility service of one apartment house (premises) at the expense of means of local budgets.

In case of stay in property at the citizen of several apartment houses (premises) compensation of part of expenses is made once on performance of works on electric utility service of one apartment house (premises) according to the decision of the owner.

3. Compensation of part of expenses is not made:
