About rendering to legal entities services in verification
Based on part one of Item 21 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2019 "About digital banking technologies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 148:
1. Determine that open joint stock company "The non-bank credit and financial organization "Single Settlement and Information Space" has the right to render services in verification of personal data of clients, their representatives to legal entities who at the time of rendering the called services are not included in the list of the organizations and physical persons involved in terrorist activities specified in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 to No. 165-Z "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
