About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 27 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of strengthening of effectiveness of the percentage channel of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy through establishment of interest rates for operations of the National Bank of Ukraine which are performed for the purpose of development of the financial markets the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 "About approval of the Regulations on fundamentals of percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine" (with changes) the following changes:

Heading of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of the Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine";

2) in Item 1 of the word of "fundamentals of percentage policy" shall be replaced with words "percentage policy".

2. Bring in the Regulations on fundamentals of percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes), such changes:

Heading of provision to state 1) in the following edition:

"Provision on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine";

2) in the Section I:

to add the Section after Item 3 with new Item 3-1 of the following content:
