About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 485/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the Agency on geology and mineral resources (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 124-126, 536), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the resolution the text "21 units (except for service personnel)" to replace with the text "22 units (including service personnel)";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The director who is helped by one deputy director, and appointment to the state position, change directs the agency, cancellation and the termination of their labor relations are performed by the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment according to the law.";

b) recognize Items 8 and 9 invalid;

c) in the subitem d) Item 11 change is made only in the text in state language.

2. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Moldsilva Agency approved by the Order of the Government No. 150/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 33, of the Art. 204), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The word "Government" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 13 "the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

2) in Item 18 the word "directors" shall be replaced with words "the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
