1. No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 156, to make the following changes to the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs:
1.1. in Item 2.12-4:
state the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" in the following edition:
"the statement for inclusion of the legal entity in the register of the microfinancial organizations for the form established by National Bank with application of copies of the documents established by National Bank";
add the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" with words ", in case of request of documents and (or) data from other state bodies, other organizations - 1 month";
1.2. in Item 2.12-6:
state the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" in the following edition:
"in case of modification of the register - the statement for change of the data specified in the statement for inclusion of the legal entity in the register with appendix:
in case of change of the size of authorized fund - copies of the documents confirming corresponding changes;
