About modification of the Regulations on the organization and holding contest for post of the director and deputy director of educational institutions approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education No. 163/2015

Based on part (5) article 50 of the Code about formation of the Republic of Moldova No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, to Art. No. 319-324, 634), I ORDER:

1. To make the following changes to the Regulations on the organization and holding contest for post of the director and the deputy director of educational institutions approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education No. 163 of March 23, 2015, registered in the Ministry of Justice at number 1043 of May 7 2015,:

1) In all text of the word "Ministry of Education" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches", in the corresponding grammatical form.

2) In Item 16:

4) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"4) copies of the documents confirming pedagogical years of service of the candidate";

7) after the word "physically" to add the text to the subitem" (issued by the family doctor)"; and after the word "mentally" to add the text" (issued by the psychiatrist and the narcologist)".

3) In the subitem 5) of Item 26 after the word of "directors" to add the text "/associate directors"; and after the word "founder" to add the text "/the director";
