About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In all text of the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016 (further – the Code) the words "nature protection body" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "body of the environment".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 163 of the Code:
1) in Item 1 of the word of "the nature protection sphere" shall be replaced with words "spheres of the environment";
2) in Item 2 of the word of "the nature protection legislation" shall be replaced with words "legislations on the environment".
Article 3. In the subitem "v" of Item 3 of article 166 of the Code of the word of "the nature protection sphere" shall be replaced with words "spheres of the environment".
Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 199 of the Code:
1) in Item 2 of "the nature protection legislation" shall be replaced with words "legislations on the environment";
2) in Item 3 of the word of "conservation" shall be replaced with words "environmental protections".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
