About modification of article 4 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - Article 4 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (9-2) following contents:

"(9-2) For the purpose of assistance to process of consolidation of farmlands the parcels of land which are the part of the field or part of this field occupied with the roads of agricultural purpose shown in Item b) parts two of Article 36 of the Land code, and/or are sold by the ways designed, but not paved on the area and also designed but not created by forest belts at standard price of the land according to the rate provided by line item of the I appendix. Purchase and sale is performed based on the statement of the owner of the parcels of land which are subject to consolidation provided that owner of these parcels of land is the same person, engineering procedures of processing (content) of adjacent lands are not broken, and ways of access to other sites and objects are not blocked.".
