Article 1. "About public organizations" to state article 26 of the Law of December 16, 2016 to ZR-22-N in the following edition:
"Article 26. Financial records audit of the organizations
1. If the Organization within accounting year was financed from the public or municipal funds in the amount of 10 million and more dram of the Republic of Armenia, then the report on use of these means established by authorized body as the financial statement of the special purpose, is subject to statutory audit according to the Law "About Auditor Activities".
2. The audit certificate together with the financial statement of the special purpose specified regarding 1 this Article is attached to the report established by this Law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
