Article 1. ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" (further - the Law) to declare the second paragraph of part 1 of article 92 of the Law of September 25, 2001 invalid.
Article 2. In article 94 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words of "annual financial accounting, the profit and loss account" "the annual financial reporting";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3 words "the annual statement is subject" "the annual statement and the annual financial reporting are subject".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 95 of the Law:
The Item "d" to state 1) in the following edition:
"e) annual accounts, financial annual accounts of the Company and if the financial reporting under the law is subject to statutory audit, also audit opinions about it;";
The Item "e" to declare 2) invalid.
Article 4. To declare the Item "and" of part 1 of article 96 of the Law invalid.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
