About modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the Standard regulations on education and functioning of local and regional councils No. 457/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 248-253, 998), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in Item 5 the first offer to state in the following edition:
"After recognition valid the mandate of primar village (utility), city (municipal) council elects to position of the deputy of primar any person, including from among advisers.";
in the subitem g) Item 26 of the word of "Article 25" shall be replaced with words "Article 21";
in Item 28 of the word "according to article 20 of the Law on local public authority" shall be replaced with words "according to the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006,";
in Item 53 of the word "The law on submission of petitions" shall be replaced with words "The administrative code of the Republic of Moldova".
