About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 327) the following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) regarding 2 words of "privilege for suggested price to 20 percent" shall be replaced with words "privileges in the amount of 20 percent on suggested price";

b) regarding 3 words of "privilege to internal contractors at the rate to 20 percent" shall be replaced with words "privileges in the amount of 20 percent to internal contractors";

2) regarding the 4th Article 21:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6) purchases of goods, works and services in case of the prevention of emergency situation only on high alert and (or) mitigation of consequences of emergency situation, emergency state, for localization of effects of force majeur circumstances, the accidents requiring immediate recovery, and also in case of need urgent medical intervention;";

b) state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20) purchases of goods at internal producers who are completely made or subjected to sufficient processing / conversion in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the presence of the appropriate certificate of origin according to the national quality standards which list is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time the cost of goods is determined in coordination with authorized state body concerning anti-monopoly regulation;".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
