About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

18) abuse of regulations of use/realization of disposable plastic plates, glasses, other pieces of tableware, and also sticks, except for biodegradable,

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 60 to 90 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 120 to 240 conventional units or penalty in the amount of the cost of the corresponding goods, but at least 240 conventional units.".
