About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics No. 778/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 29-31, 160), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

exclude the concept "certificate on competence";

add Article with the concept "land and cartographic certificate" of the following content:

"the land and cartographic certificate - the allowing document issued by the certification body of specialists accredited in the procedure established by the legislation in the field of geodesy, cartography, topographical researches and geoinformatics, confirming necessary competences of person for activities implementation in the field.".

2. In Article 3:
