About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 14 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item i-2) of the following content:

"i-2) according to the law makes decisions for the purposes of local development on organization of the non-profitable non-profit organizations created on the basis of the territorial partnership established at the local level between public, civil and entrepreneurial sectors, with the status of the legal entity, referred to as with local initiative groups, and also can determine financial aid in case of budgeted expenses;".

Art. II. - In the Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 276/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

after the prolog to add Article with the following concept:

"LEADER approach - method of development of rural communities which assumes involvement of local subjects to development and deployment of strategy of local development and works at basis of such principles as the territorial approach, local partnership, the bottom-up approach integrated and multisectoral actions, innovation, network cooperation and cooperation;";

after the concept "grant" to add Article with the following concept:

"local initiative group (further - the INSTANT) - non-profitable non-profit organization which is created on the basis of the territorial partnership established at the local level between public, civil and entrepreneurial sectors with the status of the legal entity, for the purpose of development and strategy implementation of local development within approach of LEADER and in which any of three sectors cannot possess more than 49 percent of voting powers in case of decision making;";
