About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item 13) parts one of article 7 of the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words the words "Compensation Is Indexed Annually since April 1 by the Order of the Government taking into account the Average Annual Growth of Consumer Price Indexes for the Last Three Years;" "Compensation is indexed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 13 Laws on the public pension system No. 156/1998;".
Art. II. - In article 32 of the Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. III. - Part (2) article 14 of the Law on capitalization of time payments No. 123/1998 (1998, 570), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 85-86, in the following edition:
"(2) the Monthly payments paid from means of the government budget to the beneficiaries who received industrial injury as a result of labor accident or occupational disease because of the company without legal successor afterwards liquidated are indexed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 13 Laws on the public pension system No. 156/1998.".
