About entering of amendments into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. ZR-528-N (further – the Code) to add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 124.1 of the following content:

"Article 124.1. Infection with new koronavirusny infection (2019n-CoV)

1. Infection of person with new koronavirusny infection (2019n-CoV):

it is punished by penalty in the amount of four hundredfold to the eight hundred-multiple size of minimum wage either arrest no more than one month or imprisonment no more than one year.

2. Same act, committed:

1) concerning two or more persons;

2) concerning the minor;

3) concerning much expectant mother:

it is punished by penalty in the amount of eight hundred-multiple to the thousandfold size of minimum wage either arrest from two to three months or imprisonment from one to three years.

3. The same act which on imprudence entailed the death of the person:

it is punished by imprisonment from three to five years.".

Article 2. Add the code with Article 277.1 of the following content:

"Article 277.1. Abuse of regulations of isolation or self-isolation or other restrictions of the right of free movement during the state of emergency declared based on emergency situation

1. Abuse of regulations of isolation or self-isolation or other restrictions of the right of free movement during the state of emergency declared based on emergency situation which on imprudence entailed infection of person:

it is punished by penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of minimum wage or arrest no more than one month with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than two years or without it.
