About introduction of amendments to the Law on the modes of emergency, obsidional and warlike situation No. 212/2004
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the modes of emergency, obsidional and warlike situation No. 212/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 132-137, 696), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (2) Article 4 of the word "acceptance, change or recognition voided the organic laws and the legislation on elections", to exclude.
2. Add Article 20 with Item k) the following content:
"k) implementation of other necessary measures.".
3. Part (Article 22 to add 1) with Item i) the following content:
"i) performs other necessary powers.".
4. Add Article 24 with Item g) the following content:
"g) performs other necessary powers.".
5. Add Article 25 with Item j) the following content:
"j) performs other necessary powers.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
