Some questions of providing labor rights of government employees, employees of state bodies, companies, organizations and organizations for the period of establishment of quarantine in connection with aggravation of the situation connected with distribution of cases of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

For the purpose of providing labor rights of government employees, employees of state bodies, companies, organizations and organizations for the period of establishment of quarantine in connection with aggravation of the situation connected with distribution of cases of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus (further - quarantine), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To heads of the central executive bodies and their territorial authorities, heads of local public administrations:

To provide 1) for the period of establishment of quarantine observance of labor rights of government employees and workers who perform the work of the house defined by the employment contract;

To take 2) into consideration that:

for the period of establishment of quarantine for government employees and workers who perform the work of the house defined by the employment contract the post, payment terms of work and social guarantees remain;

accomplishment of such work does not involve any restrictions of labor rights of government employees and workers.

2. Recommend:

1) to state bodies, local government bodies to observe requirements of this resolution for the purpose of providing labor rights of workers who perform the work of the house defined by the employment contract;

2) to the companies, organizations and the organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, for the period of establishment of quarantine not to dismiss workers who perform the work of the house defined by the employment contract, and the workers who are on vacation non-paid for quarantine on the bases established by Items 3, 4 and 5 parts one of Article 40 of the Labor code of Ukraine;
