About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of administration of taxes, elimination of technical and logical not coordinations in the tax legislation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and fuel" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 46, Art. 345 with subsequent changes):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the word "and fuels" "the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel";

Paragraph one of preamble after words of "tobacco products" to add 2) with words of "liquids which are used in electronic cigarettes";

3) in Article 1:

in the paragraph the fourteenth:

after words of "tobacco products" to add with words of "the liquids used in electronic cigarettes";

after words "registrars of settlement transactions" to add with words "program registrars of settlement transactions";

shall be replaced with words the words "proceeds from sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" "proceeds from sales of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes";

in the paragraph the sixteenth "alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" shall be replaced with words words "the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes";

in the paragraph the nineteenth shall be replaced with words words of "alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" "the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Term" of liquid, used in electronic cigarettes" is used in this Law in the value given in the Tax code of Ukraine";

4) in Article 2:
