About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Self-government"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 13, 2020
Article 1. "About local self-government" (further – "Law") to state Item 2 of part 1 of article 45 of the Law of May 7, 2002 to ZR-337 in the following edition:
"2) in the cases provided by the law grants permission for sale of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products or analogs of tobacco products or substitutes of tobacco products (except for substitutes of tobacco products of medical appointment), and in objects of public catering – for realization of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products;".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 47 of the Law with Item 3 following of content:
"3) promotes works on promotion of healthy lifestyle, physical activity and the performed informing on the harm caused by the use of tobacco products, substitutes of tobacco products and secondary smoke.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
